Once you have left the University you may have a great job lined up or a place to do a postgraduate course. Whatever your situation, whether you know exactly what you want to do, or don’t know where to start, you are welcome to use the Careers team, their resources and Jobs Board.

Book a careers interview
You may want to spend some time talking about your plans, ideas, aspirations and how to turn them into reality or need to work out some thorough answers for a complicated application form.  Book to discuss your ideas with a Careers Consultant by contacting the SIZ or enrolling on our online Careers Portal

Visit our daily Job Hunting desk, no appointment required
Every week day one of our Student Employability Advisers will be on the ground floor of the LRCs in either Bognor or Chichester to support you with any aspect of looking for work, tweaking and tailoring your CV, finding ways to best sell yourself on an application form or looking for the best sites to find work.

Use our Jobs Portal to find work and companies
The University of Chichester has its own Careers & Jobs portal where you may book a careers appointment and access a range of great work opportunities. On this you can access adverts for part-time work, graduate schemes and roles, internships, full-time work, volunteering and summer jobs all in one place.
Enrol on the site http://careers.chi.ac.uk and make sure you take the time to set your preferences so that we know what you are looking for! You may choose to receive emails daily or weekly to ensure you don’t miss out on the latest opportunities as they come in.

Keep in contact and share you knowledge
Follow us on Facebook: University of Chichester Careers and Twitter: @chiunicareers, or email us: careers@chi.ac.uk. The University’s Careers team are always keen to talk to graduates who would be willing to share their experiences and professional expertise with current students. Your search for work, lessons learnt and top tips are always an invaluable resource to our students.

Share your success in the Destination of Leavers Survey
We contact all our student leavers six months after leaving as part of a required national survey on student employment. It is always good to know what you are up to.  For more information about this survey and how the information is used please click here
